Michael Finnigan
Founder of i2i & Executive Coach / Mentor
Michael founded i2i back in 1992 after a period of study in the fields of psychometrics, leadership and human behaviour.
Michael’s first client came in the form of a snooker world champion and he soon found himself the go-to man for sports coaching, soon followed by businesses and executives from around the globe.
Ross Beresford
Co-Founder & Executive Coach
Prior to joining i2i, Ross graduated from the University of Leeds with an honours degree in Law before spending 13 years in broadcast media, working for the biggest brands in commercial radio.
As a producer and later in management, Ross’ primary focus was on supporting, collaborating with and coaching talent, to unlock creativity and performance in a live and fast paced environment.
