Inspiring Young People

i2i Education “inspire young people to develop and achieve their true potential” and allows the Education Sector access to the same material that has inspired some of the world’s leading businesses, sports teams and athletes.

This is achieved by working with Senior Leadership Teams, Teaching Teams and Students on a range of specific issues. Interventions typically involve delivery of inspirational material that focuses on the psychology of performance, designed to enable staff and students to hit their targets and maximise their potential.

i2i Education work with students from Primary, Secondary and Further Education organisations to address a range of issues. These include levels of attainment, attendance, employability and increased drive towards further education, employment and training.

The i2i Education team deliver a number of interventions to Teaching and Leadership teams in schools and college. Areas that we have advised on include leadership, organisational culture, 1-2-1 coaching and recruitment and selection.
